To captain a mechanically powered boat or sea vessel:

  • Through congested vessel traffic in a manner which poses a threat to other vessels
  • Through the wake of another vessel
  • Unreasonably close to another vessel; such that the eye level of the captain of said vessel would be unable to see your vessel (account for bow level)
  • Swerving, maneuvering, stunting, or circling another vessel
