[10] 2 - Reckless Operation of a Vessel
To captain a mechanically powered boat or sea vessel:
- Through congested vessel traffic in a manner which poses a threat to other vessels
- Through the wake of another vessel
- Unreasonably close to another vessel; such that the eye level of the captain of said vessel would be unable to see your vessel (account for bow level)
- Swerving, maneuvering, stunting, or circling another vessel
