Definitions
Realistic Roleplay
A style of gameplay that mirrors real-world logic, physics, and consequences, requiring actions to be consistent with the setting.
Aggressive RP
A playstyle focused on frequent, high-tension conflict and direct confrontation.
Passive RP
A playstyle focused on social interaction, civilian employment, and character development rather than conflict.
Priority RP
A system for managing major, large-scale events (like heists) that require coordinated server resources.
PIP (Priority in Progress)
The status indicating a "Priority" scenario is currently active and should not be disturbed.
PCD (Priority Cooldown)
A mandatory waiting period following a "Priority" event during which no further major crimes can be initiated.
FearRP
The requirement for a character to display appropriate fear and comply with demands when their life is threatened or they are at a significant disadvantage.
FailRP
Any action that breaks server immersion or ignores the standards of realistic roleplay.
Metagaming
The act of using Out-of-Character (OOC) information to gain an unfair advantage In-Character (IC).
Powergaming
Forcing actions upon other players without providing them a fair chance to react, or performing actions that are impossible within the game's logic.
RDM (Random Deathmatching)
Killing or attacking another player without a valid, established in-character reason.
RVDM (Random Vehicle Deathmatching)
Using a vehicle as a weapon to kill or injure players without a valid, established in-character reason.
IC (In Character)
All actions, dialogue, and behaviors performed by your persona within the game world.
OOC (Out of Character)
Communication or information that exists outside of the game world (e.g., Discord).
Green Zone
Designated areas of the map where combat and criminal activity are strictly prohibited.
AOP (Area of Play)
A specific, restricted zone on the map where roleplay is concentrated to ensure player density.
NLR (New Life Rule)
The rule requiring a player who has died to lose memory of the events leading to their death and begin a "new life."
LTAP (Leaving to Avoid Punishment)
Disconnecting from the server specifically to evade administrative action, arrest, or scene consequences.
Combat Logging
Disconnecting during an active combat or high-stakes scenario to prevent character death or negative outcomes.
Interfering
Deliberately inserting oneself into a roleplay scenario between other parties that does not involve one's own character.
Whitelisted Civilian
A player who has passed a vetting process to portray specific, specialized civilian roles.
Whitelisted Role
Any position (such as LEO, EMS, or high-tier criminal) that requires an application or approval to play.
LEO (Law Enforcement Officer)
A player authorized to enforce server laws and respond to emergencies as part of a police force.
RP (Roleplay)
The act of assuming the persona of a character and interacting with others within the server's rules and setting.
Serious Roleplay
A standard of play where participants are expected to maintain high-quality, immersive character interactions at all times.
