By connecting to and participating in this FiveM Server, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our established standards of conduct and roleplay quality. Our community is built on the foundation of immersive, collaborative storytelling. Participating in this server is a privilege, and staff reserves the right to remove access at any time for failure to adhere to these expectations.

We maintain a strict "Quality First" policy. Every player is responsible for maintaining the integrity of their character and the surrounding environment. This means remaining in character (IC) at all times while within the game world and ensuring that your actions contribute meaningfully to the narratives of those around you.

To maintain these standards, all players are expected to adhere to the following core principles:

• Immersion and Realism: Actions should be grounded in the server’s established lore. Every character must value their own life and status appropriately within the world.

• Mutual Respect: While conflict is a natural part of roleplay, all interactions must remain respectful out of character (OOC). Toxicity, harassment, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

• Constructive Conflict: Roleplay scenarios, especially those involving crime or combat, must be collaborative. The goal is to create an engaging story for everyone involved, rather than simply "winning" a confrontation.

• Adherence to Lore: Players are expected to respect the setting of the server and the established systems governing law enforcement, the economy, and faction dynamics.

Punishments and Disciplinary Actions

To maintain the integrity of our roleplay environment and ensure a fair experience for all members, violations of server rules will result in disciplinary action. The severity of the punishment will be determined based on the nature of the offense, the player's history, and the impact on the community.

• Verbal Warning: A formal notice from staff regarding minor rule infractions. These are tracked and serve as a record of the player's behavior.

• Official Warning: A formal mark against a player's account. Accumulating multiple strikes will lead to more severe escalations, such as temporary suspensions.

• Temporary Suspension (Ban): A forced removal from the server for a set duration (e.g., 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week). This is typically issued for repeated warnings or moderate rule violations.

• Character Kill (CK): A permanent end to a specific character's life within the lore. This may be enforced for severe RP failures as a result of deep, consistent IC consequences.

• Permanent Ban: The permanent revocation of access to the server. This is reserved for severe infractions, including but not limited to hacking, cheating, excessive toxicity, or repeat serious offenses.
