Concealed Carry of a Firearm Act
This act establishes the legal framework for San Andreas citizens to carry concealed handguns on their person or within a vehicle, provided specific security and safety protocols are followed.
General Storage Requirements
To maintain legal compliance, all concealed firearms—whether carried on the body or stored in a vehicle—must be kept in a "condition zero" state regarding the chamber. While a magazine may be fully loaded and inserted into the firearm, there must be no round loaded into the chamber itself.
Concealed Carry in a Vehicle
When transporting a handgun in a vehicle, the firearm must be stored in a secure, locked location. Acceptable storage areas include a dedicated gun safe or lockbox, the vehicle's trunk, or the glove compartment. These storage containers must remain locked at all times to ensure the firearm cannot be accessed by unauthorized individuals without the use of physical force.
