Dual Clanning

Dual clanning is the practice of holding a staff or departmental leadership position within our community while simultaneously holding a similar role (staff or command rank) in another roleplay community.

Expectations

• Prioritization: Your primary responsibility and loyalty remain with this community. You must ensure that your obligations here are fully met before participating in any other projects.
• Approval Process: Staff members and Department Supervisors must seek formal authorization from their direct Manager before accepting or maintaining a position in another community.
• Conflict of Interest: You must disclose if your role elsewhere involves conflicts of interest, such as managing competing servers or handling similar sensitive administrative data.

Prohibited Behaviors

• Unauthorized Dual Clanning: Maintaining a leadership role elsewhere without explicit, documented permission from your Manager is prohibited.
• Resource Misuse: Using our internal assets, documents, scripts, or organizational strategies for the benefit of another community is strictly forbidden.
• Conflicting Schedules: Allowing commitments to another community to result in neglect of your duties here (e.g., missing mandatory meetings or failing to complete assigned tasks).
