Dual Clanning
Dual clanning is the practice of holding a staff or departmental leadership position within our community while simultaneously holding a similar role (staff or command rank) in another roleplay community.
Expectations
- Prioritization: Your primary responsibility and loyalty remain with this community. You must ensure that your obligations here are fully met before participating in any other projects.
- Approval Process: Staff members and Department Supervisors must seek formal authorization from their direct Manager before accepting or maintaining a position in another community.
- Conflict of Interest: You must disclose if your role elsewhere involves conflicts of interest, such as managing competing servers or handling similar sensitive administrative data.
Prohibited Behaviors
- Unauthorized Dual Clanning: Maintaining a leadership role elsewhere without explicit, documented permission from your Manager is prohibited.
- Resource Misuse: Using our internal assets, documents, scripts, or organizational strategies for the benefit of another community is strictly forbidden.
- Conflicting Schedules: Allowing commitments to another community to result in neglect of your duties here (e.g., missing mandatory meetings or failing to complete assigned tasks).
Authorization is granted on a case-by-case basis and is subject to review based on your performance and the needs of the community.
Engaging in unauthorized dual clanning, or failing to disclose a conflict of interest, will result in the immediate removal from your staff or supervisory position.
