Poaching refers to the act of actively soliciting, recruiting, or attempting to lure members away from our community to join another server, group, or project.

Expectations

Loyalty: We ask that you respect the community environment. Engaging in recruitment efforts for external entities within our Discord channels or through our member list is prohibited.
Report Misconduct: If you are approached by someone attempting to poach you for another community, please report the interaction to a member of the staff team immediately.
Public Spaces: Keep your Discord activity focused on our community events, discussions, and roleplay.

Prohibited Behaviors

Direct Messaging (DM) Solicitation: Using our member list to privately message others with invitations or incentives to join a different server is a violation of our community standards.
Channel Spamming: Posting advertisements, invites, or "come check out my new project" messages in any channel.
Organized Poaching: Collaborating with others to systematically recruit members away from this community is considered a malicious act against our platform.

Even "casual" mentions or sharing links to other servers in a way that suggests a move can be interpreted as poaching by the moderation team.

Any evidence of active poaching will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the entire community, including the game server.
