Impersonating another person that could make the impersonated person civilly or criminally liable, signing under a false name, using the documentation of another person, or using forged documentation of another person.

Cannot be stacked with [1] 7 - Forgery. In order to be charged with [1] 10 - Identity Theft, the individual must actively be attempting to / has been posing as the person they are pretending to be. [1] 7 - Forgery can be used when the person is in possession of another persons identification, for no justified reason, but hasn't attempted to impersonate said person.
