To neglect the welfare of an animal that is the property, and/or under the due care of said person, by not feeding them sufficiently, or not giving them enough water, or by physically harming the animal unnecessarily, or by keeping them permanently caged up, or by not allowing them to defecate / urinate, or by intentionally injuring them, or by cutting off their limbs without reasonable medical cause, or by intentionally causing the animal unreasonable undue harm or suffering.

The government may repossess the animal in question during violation of this law.
