Chain of Command
This structure defines the hierarchy of authority and responsibility within the community. Players are expected to respect this structure and direct their issues to the appropriate level.
Administrative & Staff Hierarchy
- The Community Directors and Board of Directors oversee the high-level vision, policy-making, and health of the entire community.
- The Senior Management and Management teams handle inter-departmental operations and ensure that the various staff tiers are performing their duties effectively.
- Administrators are responsible for technical oversight, serious rule enforcement, and investigations. The hierarchy progresses from Trial Administrator up to Head Administrator.
- Moderators are the primary point of contact for daily rule enforcement, scene disputes, and player reports. Progression flows from Trial Moderator to Head Moderator.
- These individuals handle initial inquiries, technical issues, and ticket triaging to ensure smooth community operations.
Interaction Guidelines
- Follow the Chain: If you have an issue, always attempt to resolve it at the lowest appropriate level first. For example, open a support ticket for minor issues before escalating to an Administrator.
- Respectful Communication: Regardless of a staff member's rank, you are expected to communicate with them respectfully. Disrespecting staff, regardless of their position, is a punishable offense.
- Chain of Authority: In any given situation, the instruction of the highest-ranking staff member present overrides others.
All members start at the "Member" rank. Promotions to staff positions are merit-based and follow our internal application and vetting processes.
Attempting to "rank-shop" by messaging higher-tier staff about issues that should be handled by front-line moderators will delay your response and may result in warnings for poor conduct.
