Refusing to take a Field Sobriety Test, Breath Test, or Drug Test when asked to do so by an officer during an investigation of suspected Driving Under the Influence.

If the party whom refused to take a field sobriety test, is found out after the investigation, to be the cause of an accident, they shall be charged with the felony enhancement of [3] 41 - Refusal to take a Sobriety Test
