Operating aircraft is a privilege that carries significant responsibility. Due to the high visibility of aerial vehicles and the impact they have on the server's immersion, strict regulations are in place regarding flight paths, landing zones, and pilot behavior.

  • Licensing and Training: You must possess a valid pilot's license (if required by city ordinances) and demonstrate a clear understanding of the controls. "Learning to fly" in the middle of a crowded city or during a high-stakes scenario is prohibited.
  • Designated Landing Zones: Aircraft must be landed at authorized airports, helipads, or sufficiently cleared, flat, and open areas. Landing on city streets, rooftops, or sidewalks—unless in an absolute emergency—is considered FailRP and a massive risk to the safety of others.
  • Low-Altitude Flying: Flying at dangerously low altitudes over populated areas or "buzzing" buildings and crowds is strictly prohibited. You are expected to maintain an altitude that is safe and respectful of the city’s skyline.
  • Prohibited Zones: Adhere to all "No-Fly Zones," especially around government facilities, hospitals, and police headquarters. Violating restricted airspace will result in immediate law enforcement intervention and potential confiscation of your aircraft.
  • Weaponized Aircraft: Using aircraft for aggressive maneuvers—such as flying too close to other vehicles, blocking roads with a landed helicopter, or using them to transport illicit goods in a manner that bypasses ground-level roleplay—is strictly monitored.
Helicopters and planes are easily spotted by law enforcement and other players. If you are using an aircraft for criminal activities, be prepared for the heightened scrutiny that comes with it. Attempting to use the "I'm just flying" excuse when spotted near a crime scene will not protect you from IC consequences.
Reckless Piloting
Crashing an aircraft intentionally, using it to "troll," or performing aerial maneuvers that defy the physics or realism of the vehicle will result in the immediate revocation of your flying privileges and potential removal from the server. Treat the sky as a regulated space, not a playground.
