Banned Behaviors
While our "Prohibited Scenarios" policy focuses on the content of the scene, this policy addresses how you conduct yourself as a player. These behavioral standards are non-negotiable and apply at all times, whether you are in-character, in Discord, or interacting with staff.
1. Out-of-Character (OOC) Conduct
- Toxicity and Harassment: Any form of personal attacks, insults, or demeaning language toward other players—regardless of whether it stems from an in-character conflict—is prohibited. Keep your critiques of others' roleplay constructive and private.
- "Doxxing" and Real-Life Threats: Revealing, threatening to reveal, or referencing the real-life identity, location, or private information of any player is a severe violation that will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential reporting to platform authorities.
- Gatekeeping and Elitism: Discouraging new players, mocking those with less experience, or creating "cliques" that intentionally exclude others from participating in community life is detrimental to our growth and is not tolerated.
2. Staff and Moderation Interaction
- Disrespecting Staff: Staff members are volunteers working to keep the server functional. While you may disagree with a decision, you must remain civil. Arguing in bad faith, using aggressive tones, or attempting to intimidate staff will lead to sanctions.
- "Admin Shopping": If a staff member has made a ruling on a ticket or an incident, do not seek out other staff members in hopes of getting a different answer. Respect the administrative hierarchy.
- Impatience: Spamming Help Calls "speed up" the response time of staff is considered disruptive. We handle issues as quickly as possible in the order they are received.
3. Community Values
- Integrity and Honesty: Being deceitful during an administrative investigation (i.e., lying to staff about a rule break) is often viewed more severely than the original rule break itself. We value honesty; owning up to a mistake is always better than trying to cover it up.
- The "Human" Element: Remember that there is a person behind every character. Treat others with the same respect you would want to receive. If a scene has become overly heated, it is perfectly acceptable to suggest an OOC pause to ensure everyone is still having fun.
- Alt-Account Usage: Using secondary accounts to evade bans, spy on other groups, or engage in "multi-accounting" to pool assets or influence is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for your actions under one identity.
4. Disruption of Environment
- "Trolling" and Griefing: Any behavior meant solely to annoy, frustrate, or hinder the progress of others without a clear, roleplay-driven purpose (e.g., following players around to play loud noises, intentionally blocking paths) will be treated as a disruption.
- Combativeness: A constant desire to argue or "debate" rules in the middle of a roleplay scene is a behavior that halts progress and ruins the experience for others. Address issues after the scene is over, not while it is in progress.

Your reputation in this community is built on your behavior, not your stats. Being a player who is known for being fair, communicative, and respectful will always lead to more high-quality roleplay opportunities than being a "win-at-all-costs" player.
Consequences
We operate on a "Strike" system for minor behavioral issues. However, severe behavioral infractions (e.g., hate speech, doxxing, threats) bypass all warnings and result in immediate permanent removal. Your presence here is a privilege, not a right.
